V souvislosti s t\u00edm je p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1na \u0159ada nov\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f a norem a vznikaj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 nov\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy a pojmy, kter\u00e9 ne v\u017edy jsou jednozna\u010dn\u011b ch\u00e1p\u00e1ny. \u010casto se v odborn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti mluv\u00ed o tzv. neho\u0159lav\u00fdch kabelech, co\u017e v\u0161ak nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fd n\u00e1zev. C\u00edlem t\u00e9to p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky je poskytnout vysv\u011btlen\u00ed a p\u0159ehled v pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kabel\u016f spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch po\u017eadavky po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>V elektroinstalac\u00edch staveb jsou nejv\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny kabely typu CYKY a AYKY, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed izolaci a pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 z PVC (polyvinylchloridu), t.j z materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd obsahuje halogenn\u00ed prvek chlor. Takov\u00fd kabel p\u0159i ho\u0159en\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed hust\u00fd a jedovat\u00fd d\u00fdm, kter\u00fd zt\u011b\u017euje orientaci v prostoru a p\u0159i nad\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k usmrcen\u00ed osob. Po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru doch\u00e1z\u00ed u tohoto kabelu k poru\u0161en\u00ed pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b a izolace a t\u00edm ke zkratu vodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 1950 byla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 doba od zap\u00e1len\u00ed ohn\u011b k jeho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed 15 minut. Dnes se smrteln\u00e1 rizika vyskytuj\u00ed po pouh\u00fdch 3 minut\u00e1ch. Nej\u010dast\u011bji identifikovan\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina smrti z po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edho incidentu je p\u016fsoben\u00edm plynu a kou\u0159e, co\u017e \u010din\u00ed 44% v\u0161ech \u00famrt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z t\u011bchto skute\u010dnost\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u017de sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdvinu kou\u0159ov\u00fdch plyn\u016f je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro z\u00e1chranu lidsk\u00fdch \u017eivot\u016f a usnadn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci<br \/>\n z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f;<\/li>\n<li>\u017de st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f v posledn\u00edch 50 letech m\u00e1 dramatick\u00fd dopad na \u00fanikov\u00e9 \u010dasy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00fdrobci kabel\u016f v Evrop\u011b proto vyvinuli soubor kabel\u016f s malou po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed nebezpe\u010dnost\u00ed \u2013 Low Fire Hazard Cables (LFHC). Nov\u00e9 typy kabel\u016f maj\u00ed omezen\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed plamene a uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla s velmi n\u00edzkou emis\u00ed kou\u0159e a \u00a0nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Tyto kabely tak poskytuj\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu k \u00fat\u011bku a m\u00e9n\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 t\u00fdmy. V \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f pro nap\u00e1jen\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1rn\u011b bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zachov\u00e1na tak\u00e9 jejich funk\u010dn\u00ed schopnost i kdy\u017e na n\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed plameny p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru.<\/p>\n<p>LFHC kabely jsou dnes pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny ve v\u0161ech stavb\u00e1ch kde je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed nebo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko po\u017e\u00e1ru, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>divadla a kina<\/li>\n<li>obchodn\u00ed domy a v\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b<\/li>\n<li>v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 domy<\/li>\n<li>hotely a restaurace<\/li>\n<li>velkokapacitn\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017ee<\/li>\n<li>pracovi\u0161t\u011b s ho\u0159lav\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly<\/li>\n<li>nemocnice<\/li>\n<li>za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed metra<\/li>\n<li>chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/li>\n<li>jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny<\/li>\n<li>tunely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>P\u0159itom tyto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost nesm\u00ed zt\u011b\u017eovat mont\u00e1\u017e kabelov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, instalace mus\u00ed b\u00fdt jednoduch\u00e1 a p\u0159ehledn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch pojm\u016f<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Bezhalogenn\u00ed kabel<\/strong> \u2013 pou\u017eit\u00e9 izola\u010dn\u00ed, v\u00fdpl\u0148ov\u00e9 a pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly neobsahuj\u00ed halogenn\u00ed prvky tj. chlor, fluor, brom, j\u00f3d a nevytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed korozivn\u00ed a jedovat\u00e9 plyny. Tyto kabely odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed norm\u00e1m \u010cSN EN 50267-2-3 (test korozivity zplodin) a \u010cSN EN 61034-2 (test d\u00fdmivosti)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samozh\u00e1\u0161iv\u00fd (ohe\u0148 retarduj\u00edc\u00ed) kabel<\/strong> \u2013 pou\u017eit\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly ne\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed plamen po povrchu kabelu. Tyto kabely odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed norm\u011b \u010cSN EN 60332-1, pokud se jedn\u00e1 o samostatn\u011b veden\u00fd kabel a \u010cSN EN 50266-2-2, pokud se jedn\u00e1 o svazek kabel\u016f<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funk\u010dn\u00ed schopnost kabelu p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru<\/strong> &#8211; kabel je konstruov\u00e1n tak, aby ani p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m p\u016fsoben\u00ed plamene na kabel a zuhelnat\u011bn\u00ed izola\u010dn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu nedo\u0161lo ke zkratu vodi\u010d\u016f a t\u00edm k p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed proudu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tyto kabely odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed norm\u011b \u010cSN IEC 60 331<\/strong> \u2013 p\u0159i zkou\u0161ce p\u016fsoben\u00edm plamene mus\u00ed b\u00fdt funk\u010dn\u00ed po dobu minim\u00e1ln\u011b 180 minut \u2013 ozna\u010duj\u00ed se pak za n\u00e1zvem kabelu p\u00edsmeny FE 180.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kabelov\u00e1 trasa<\/strong> &#8211; soubor kabel\u016f a vodi\u010d\u016f, jejich nosn\u00fdch, podp\u011brn\u00fdch a upev\u0148ovac\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed a prvk\u016f, rozvad\u011b\u010d\u016f, krabic, spojek<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kabelov\u00e1 trasa s funk\u010dn\u00ed integritou<\/strong> &#8211; kabelov\u00e1 trasa, kter\u00e1 je schopna odol\u00e1vat po stanovenou dobu p\u016fsoben\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru (nesm\u00ed doj\u00edt k p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed toku elektr.proudu, u optick\u00fdch kabel\u016f k p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed vl\u00e1kna). T\u0159\u00edda funk\u010dnosti se ozna\u010duje Pxx-R a PHxx-R (xx je \u010das funk\u010dnosti v minut\u00e1ch) a prokazuje se zkou\u0161kou podle ZP 27\/2008<\/p>\n<p><strong>Normov\u00e1 nosn\u00e1 konstrukce<\/strong> \u2013 kabelov\u00fd \u017eeb\u0159\u00edk nebo \u017elab jeho\u017e parametry jsou definov\u00e1ny v ZP 27\/2008. Pokud byla normov\u00e1 nosn\u00e1 konstrukce \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b odzkou\u0161ena spolu s kabely dle ZP 27\/2008, plat\u00ed v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek tak\u00e9 pro normov\u00e9 nosn\u00e9 konstrukce a stejn\u00e9 typy kabel\u016f jin\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f. U nenormov\u00fdch nosn\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed toto neplat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voln\u011b veden\u00e9 kabely a vodi\u010de<\/strong> \u2013 nechr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 rozvody, kter\u00e9 jsou vystaveny mo\u017en\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm po\u017e\u00e1ru a jejich\u017e ulo\u017een\u00ed neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 podm\u00ednk\u00e1m stanoven\u00fdm v \u010cSN (\u010cSN 730802, 730804, 730805, 730848, 342710)<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u0159\u00edda reakce na ohe\u0148<\/strong> &#8211; Sm\u011brnice Rady 89\/106\/EHS a Rozhodnut\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 komise \u010d.2000\/147\/ES a \u010d.2006\/751\/ES za\u0159adily kabely mezi stavebn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky a jsou tedy hodnoceny tak\u00e9 podle jejich reakce na ohe\u0148. Kabely jsou za\u0159azeny do 7 hlavn\u00edch kategori\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00fdch Aca, B1ca, B2ca ,Cca, Dca , Eca , Fca podle jejich mo\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159isp\u011bn\u00ed k po\u017e\u00e1ru (uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla a \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed plamene) a dopl\u0148kov\u00fdch kriteri\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00fdch s1 a\u017e s3 (v\u00fdvin d\u00fdmu) a d0 a\u017e d2 (odkap\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ho\u0159\u00edc\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic). V \u010cR byly po\u017eadavky na kabely a jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed dle t\u0159\u00eddy reakce na ohe\u0148 zavedeny vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou MV \u010d.23\/2008 Sb. o technick\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany staveb. Ta u voln\u011b veden\u00fdch kabel\u016f zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch funkci po\u017e\u00e1rn\u011b bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159edepisovala pou\u017eit\u00ed kabel\u016f t\u0159\u00eddy B2ca resp.\u00a0B2ca ,s1,d0.<\/p>\n<p> Tato vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka byla zm\u011bn\u011bna v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2011 vyd\u00e1n\u00edm Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky MV \u010d.268\/2011 Sb. a p\u0159edepisuje pou\u017eit\u00ed kabel\u016f t\u0159\u00eddy B2ca resp. B2ca ,s1,d1 a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i t\u0159\u00eddu Dca. Tato nov\u011b zaveden\u00e1 kategorie v\u0161ak m\u00e1 velmi omezen\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed. U n\u00ed je definov\u00e1no jen mno\u017estv\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00e9ho tepla a bez stanoven\u00fdch p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed (s1 ,d1) pak t\u00e9to t\u0159\u00edd\u011b vyhov\u00ed i upraven\u00e9 halogenov\u00e9 kabely se v\u0161emi negativn\u00edmi d\u016fsledky z toho vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi (hust\u00fd jedovat\u00fd kou\u0159 a korozivita zplodin).<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdb\u011br a ulo\u017een\u00ed kabel\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>LFHC jsou ur\u010deny zejm\u00e9na pro pevn\u00e9 nebo voln\u00e9 ulo\u017een\u00ed na kabelov\u00e9 l\u00e1vky, na ro\u0161ty a do kabelov\u00fdch \u017elab\u016f p\u0159i teplot\u011b okol\u00ed od -25\u00b0C a\u017e +40\u00b0C. Je povoleno ulo\u017een\u00ed bez upevn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edchytkami, zav\u011b\u0161en\u00edm na h\u00e1ky o maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti h\u00e1k\u016f 1,3 m. P\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed se st\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc\u00ed voda a m\u011blk\u00e9 pono\u0159en\u00ed. Hodnota pH vody p\u0159i kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9m m\u011blk\u00e9m pono\u0159en\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e1 v rozmez\u00ed 7 a\u017e 11. Kabely nejsou ur\u010deny pro ulo\u017een\u00ed do zem\u011b. Pokud je nezbytn\u00e9 ulo\u017eit kabel do zem\u011b, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zamezeno trval\u00e9mu vlivu vlhkosti, kabel mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opat\u0159en ochrannou trubkou a ulo\u017een v p\u00edskov\u00e9m lo\u017ei podle \u010cSN 33 2000-5-52. P\u0159i provozu kabelu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dodr\u017eena maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed teplota vodi\u010de 90 \u00b0C. Kabely nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt vystaveny dlouhodob\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Kabely nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt vystaveny flexibiln\u00edmu nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed. Pou\u017eit\u00ed v jin\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed je nutno projednat s v\u00fdrobcem kabelu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ur\u010den\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017eitelnosti kabelu<\/h2>\n<p>Standardn\u011b je n\u00e1vrh optim\u00e1ln\u00edho pr\u016f\u0159ezu vodi\u010de d\u00e1n jmenovit\u00fdm proudem dan\u00e9ho kabelu s ohledem na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed dovolenou teplotu vodi\u010de dan\u00e9ho izola\u010dn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu, jak je uvedeno v p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 norm\u011b nebo specifikaci v\u00fdrobce. Zde je nutn\u00e9 zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee jmenovit\u00e9 proudy kabel\u016f a vodi\u010d\u016f uveden\u00e9 v norm\u00e1ch a katalogu v\u00fdrobc\u016f plat\u00ed za podm\u00ednky, \u017ee kabel je ulo\u017een voln\u011b na kabelov\u00e9 konstrukci, vzd\u00e1lenost mezi sousedn\u00edmi kabely je na pr\u016fm\u011br kabelu a teplota okoln\u00edho vzduchu je 30\u00b0C .<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou velmi \u010dasto kabelov\u00e9 trasy instalov\u00e1ny tak, \u017ee se svazek kabel\u016f ulo\u017e\u00ed do uzav\u0159en\u00e9ho \u017elabu, kter\u00fd je \u010dasto je\u0161t\u011b zakryt v podhledu. Podobn\u011b kdy\u017e jsou kabely ulo\u017eeny v zakryt\u00e9m nev\u011btran\u00e9m kan\u00e1lu. M\u016f\u017ee tak doj\u00edt k p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed kabel\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu tepeln\u00e9mu pr\u016frazu a vzniku po\u017e\u00e1ru. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je pak t\u0159eba volit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u016f\u0159ezy vodi\u010d\u016f. Dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016f\u0159ezu vodi\u010d\u016f s ohledem na zp\u016fsoby ulo\u017een\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u010cSN 33 2000-5-523 ed.2.<\/p>\n<p>U LFHC s funk\u010dn\u00ed schopnost\u00ed p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru je nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee budou-li tyto kabely p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru vystaveny po dlouhou dobu vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m, je kapacita p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9ho proudu s ohledem na tyto podm\u00ednky sn\u00ed\u017eena, tzn. navrhovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u016f\u0159ezy kabel\u016f. Pozornost je nutn\u00e9 tak\u00e9 v\u011bnovat upevn\u011bn\u00ed kabel\u016f na nosn\u00e9 konstrukce. P\u016fsoben\u00edm po\u017e\u00e1ru na kabely jejich pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b a izolace zuhelnat\u00ed, rozm\u011bry kabel\u016f se zm\u011bn\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k uvoln\u011bn\u00ed z upev\u0148ovac\u00edch prvk\u016f. Pro upevn\u011bn\u00ed kabel\u016f je tedy nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edchytky odoln\u00e9 ohni a kter\u00e9 p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru nedovol\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00ed kabelu. Zejm\u00e9na u svisl\u00fdch instalac\u00ed je t\u0159eba tento typ kabel\u016f upev\u0148ovat specieln\u00edmi dr\u017e\u00e1ky nebo v pravideln\u00fdch odstupech d\u011blat na kabelech \u201emeandry\u201c.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00e1klady na kabelov\u00e9 trasy<\/h2>\n<p>LFHC maj\u00ed specieln\u00ed vlastnosti pro instalaci do n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednek. Jsou proto pon\u011bkud dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e oby\u010dejn\u00e9 CYKY\/AYKY kabely. Ob\u010das se proto vyskytnou n\u00e1zory, \u017ee z ekonomick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f je m\u00edsto LFHC kabel\u016f vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt i oby\u010dejn\u00e9 kabely, pokud jsou n\u011bjak chr\u00e1n\u011bny p\u0159ed \u00fa\u010dinky po\u017e\u00e1ru, nap\u0159. ulo\u017een\u00edm pod om\u00edtku, ulo\u017een\u00edm do zakryt\u00fdch betonov\u00fdch kan\u00e1l\u016f, do specieln\u00edch instala\u010dn\u00edch kan\u00e1l\u016f odoln\u00fdch proti ohni apod. Toto v principu mo\u017en\u00e9 je. Tento zp\u016fsob ulo\u017een\u00ed se vyplat\u00ed tam, kde pouze\u00a0mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st kabelov\u00e9 trasy proch\u00e1z\u00ed prostorem s po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edm rizikem. V ostatn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech jsou celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na kabelovou trasu podstatn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed LFHC kabel\u016f s instalac\u00ed na kabelov\u00e9m ro\u0161tu, na h\u00e1c\u00edch nebo v plechov\u00e9m korytu.<\/p>\n<p>Jako p\u0159\u00edklad je mo\u017eno uv\u00e9st, \u017ee t\u0159eba v n\u011bkter\u00fdch tunelech jsou kabely ulo\u017eeny v zakryt\u00e9m kabelov\u00e9m kan\u00e1lu odoln\u00e9m proti ohni nebo v zabetonovan\u00fdch trubk\u00e1ch; tam jsou pak v\u011bt\u0161inou pou\u017e\u00edty kabely CYKY ale vzhledem k hor\u0161\u00edmu odvodu tepla je nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00e9 pr\u016f\u0159ezy vodi\u010d\u016f co\u017e tvo\u0159\u00ed podstatnou \u010d\u00e1st ceny kabelu.
