Ke\u010f\u017ee k\u00e1ble s\u00fa stavebn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 na trval\u00e9 zabudovanie do stavby, t\u00fdka sa ich aj toto nariadenie.<\/p>\n<p>V pr\u00edpade vo\u013ene veden\u00fdch k\u00e1blov, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa kryt\u00e9 omietkou sa po\u017eaduje, aby v ur\u010den\u00fdch po\u017eiarnych \u00fasekoch mala izol\u00e1cia zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd obsah halog\u00e9nov, ktor\u00e9 sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa po\u010das po\u017eiaru vznik \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tok ako napr\u00edklad chlorovod\u00edk. Tento v styku s vodou, ktor\u00e1 sa pou\u017e\u00edva na hasenie, alebo je pr\u00edtomn\u00e1 v tkanive p\u013e\u00fac, vytv\u00e1ra kyselinu chlorovod\u00edkov\u00fa. Kyselina m\u00e1 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na samotn\u00e9 budovy a zariadenia ako aj na \u013eudsk\u00fd organizmus. Norma pod\u013ea ktorej sa hodnot\u00ed mno\u017estvo obsahu halog\u00e9nov v materi\u00e1loch na v\u00fdrobu k\u00e1blov je STN(\u010cSN) EN 60754-2. Nemenej d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby v pr\u00edpade horenia izol\u00e1ci\u00ed nevznikalo ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo dymu a aby nes\u0165a\u017eoval orient\u00e1ciu pri pr\u00edpadnej evaku\u00e1cii alebo likvid\u00e1cii po\u017eiaru, \u010do sa hodnot\u00ed pod\u013ea STN(\u010cSN) EN 50399 a STN(\u010cSN) EN 61034-2. Pod\u013ea STN(\u010cSN) EN 50399 sa hodnot\u00ed tvorba tepla, dymu, vertik\u00e1lne \u0161\u00edrenie plame\u0148a po k\u00e1bloch, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa in\u0161talovan\u00e9 vo zv\u00e4zku a odkvapk\u00e1vanie \u010dast\u00edc izol\u00e1cie po\u010das horenia, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu prispie\u0165 k \u0161\u00edreniu po\u017eiaru. Existuje e\u0161te sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 norma pre jeden samostatn\u00fd k\u00e1bel, kde sa hodnot\u00ed vertik\u00e1lne \u0161\u00edrenie plame\u0148a, ktorej ozna\u010denie je STN(\u010cSN) EN 60332-1-2. Pod\u013ea toho ak\u00e9 hodnoty dosiahne k\u00e1bel pri jednotliv\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch met\u00f3dach je zaraden\u00fd do triedy charakterizuj\u00facej jeho spr\u00e1vanie sa po\u010das po\u017eiaru, t. j. triedy reakcie na ohe\u0148, pr\u00edpadne s\u00fa mu priraden\u00e9 aj doplnkov\u00e9 klasifik\u00e1cie. V legislat\u00edve \u010ceskej republiky je najvy\u0161\u0161ia po\u017eadovan\u00e1 trieda reakcie na ohe\u0148 na vo\u013ene veden\u00e9 k\u00e1ble B2ca \u2013s1,d1, v pr\u00edpade Slovenska B2ca \u2013s1,d1,a1.<\/p>\n<p>Ak s\u00fa k\u00e1ble navy\u0161e ur\u010den\u00e9 na trval\u00fa dod\u00e1vku elektrickej energie a sign\u00e1lu po\u010das po\u017eiaru, je nutn\u00e9 splni\u0165 po\u017eiadavku na celistvos\u0165 obvodu. Napr\u00edklad musia odola\u0165 p\u00f4sobeniu plame\u0148a s kon\u0161tantnou teplotou aspo\u0148 750 \u00b0C, pri\u010dom nesmie d\u00f4js\u0165 k preru\u0161eniu obvodu alebo skratu po dobu 180 min\u00fat. Toto sa overuje pod\u013ea STN(\u010cSN) EN 60331-21, ak sa jedn\u00e1 o k\u00e1ble na rozvod elektrickej energie resp. silnopr\u00fadov\u00e9 k\u00e1ble. V pr\u00edpade komunika\u010dn\u00fdch alebo oznamovac\u00edch k\u00e1blov, ur\u010den\u00fdch na prenos elektrick\u00e9ho sign\u00e1lu, sa pou\u017e\u00edva STN(\u010cSN) EN 60331-23. Optick\u00e9 k\u00e1ble musia splni\u0165 po\u017eiadavky STN(\u010cSN) EN 60331-25, pri\u010dom sa hodnot\u00ed, \u010di s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 prenies\u0165 neskreslen\u00fd sign\u00e1l. To, \u017ee k\u00e1bel splnil jednu z uveden\u00fdch noriem sa ozna\u010duje ako FE180 alebo \u2013V. Existuje aj klasifik\u00e1cia P resp. PH a vyjadruje \u010das ko\u013eko k\u00e1bel odol\u00e1val kon\u0161tantnej teplote 842\u00b0C. V tomto pr\u00edpade sa uplat\u0148uj\u00fa STN(\u010cSN) EN 50200, (k\u00e1ble do priemeru 20 mm a prierezu vodi\u010dov 2,5 mm2, klasifik\u00e1cia P) STN(\u010cSN) EN 50362 (k\u00e1ble s priemerom nad 20 mm a prierezom vodi\u010dov nad 2,5 mm2,klasifik\u00e1cia PH) a STN(\u010cSN) EN 50289-4-16 (meden\u00e9 d\u00e1tov\u00e9 a telekomunika\u010dn\u00e9 k\u00e1ble do priemeru 20 mm a prierezu vodi\u010dov do 2,5 mm2; hodnotia sa ich prenosov\u00e9 parametre, klasifik\u00e1cia PH). Optick\u00e9 k\u00e1ble nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 touto klasifik\u00e1ciou hodnoti\u0165. Sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 metodika je podobn\u00e1 ako v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom pr\u00edpade, ale na k\u00e1bel uchyten\u00fd na zvislej podlo\u017eke sa p\u00f4sob\u00ed navy\u0161e mechanick\u00fdmi r\u00e1zmi v kon\u0161tantn\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch intervaloch.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161etky tieto po\u017eiadavky sa vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa iba na samotn\u00fd k\u00e1bel. Ak v\u0161ak chceme zabezpe\u010di\u0165 jeho spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 fungovanie v po\u017eiari, je nutn\u00e9, aby bol spr\u00e1vne zabudovan\u00fd do stavby spolu s nosnou kon\u0161trukciou. Iba v tom pr\u00edpade je schopn\u00fd zabezpe\u010di\u0165 dod\u00e1vku elektrickej energie, pr\u00edpadne prenos sign\u00e1lu pre zariadenia, ktor\u00e9 musia by\u0165 po\u010das po\u017eiaru funk\u010dn\u00e9. To je mo\u017en\u00e9 dosiahnu\u0165 nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa definovan\u00e9 v norme STN 92 0205 platnej na Slovensku a \u010cSN 73 0895, ktor\u00e1 plat\u00ed v \u010ceskej republike. V praxi sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie stret\u00e1vame s nechr\u00e1nen\u00fdm k\u00e1blov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom, pri ktorom rozli\u0161ujeme ulo\u017eenie na normov\u00fa a nenormov\u00fa kon\u0161trukciu. Normov\u00fa kon\u0161trukciu m\u00f4\u017eu tvori\u0165 k\u00e1ble ulo\u017een\u00e9 v \u017e\u013eabe, ro\u0161te, alebo na k\u00e1blov\u00fdch pr\u00edchytk\u00e1ch. \u017d\u013eab aj ro\u0161t musia by\u0165 vyroben\u00e9 z oce\u013eov\u00e9ho plechu hr\u00fabky 1,5 mm s v\u00fd\u0161kou bo\u010dnice 60 mm a uchyten\u00e9 na z\u00e1vesoch v dvoch miestach o strop alebo o strop a stenu. Maxim\u00e1lna vzdialenos\u0165 z\u00e1vesov je 1200 mm. Pre \u017e\u013eab plat\u00ed \u017ee mus\u00ed ma\u0165 perforovanie na 15-tich % celkovej plochy, maxim\u00e1lnu \u0161\u00edrku 300 mm a maxim\u00e1lne za\u0165a\u017eenie 10 kg\/m. V pr\u00edpade ro\u0161tu je vzdialenos\u0165 prie\u010dok maxim\u00e1lne 150 mm, jeho \u0161\u00edrka nesmie presahova\u0165 400 mm a dovolen\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie 20 kg\/m. Oba varianty ulo\u017eenia k\u00e1blov m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 v maxim\u00e1lne troch horizont\u00e1lnych \u00farovniach. V pr\u00edpade ro\u0161tu je mo\u017en\u00e1 aj horizont\u00e1lna mont\u00e1\u017e, dodato\u010dn\u00fdm upevnen\u00edm ka\u017ed\u00fdch 3,5 m. Na ukladanie k\u00e1blov do samostatn\u00fdch pr\u00edchytiek existuj\u00fa dve mo\u017enosti. K\u00e1bel je upevnen\u00fd v samostatnej pr\u00edchytke vyrobenej z kovov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, ktor\u00e1 je ukotven\u00e1 do stavebnej kon\u0161trukcie, alebo v strme\u0148ovej pr\u00edchytke na kovovej profilovej li\u0161te, pri\u010dom do stavebnej kon\u0161trukcie je upevnen\u00e1 samotn\u00e1 li\u0161ta. Minim\u00e1lna vzdialenos\u0165 medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi pr\u00edchytkami je 300 mm. Uveden\u00e9 zostavy k\u00e1blov a nosn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov sa sk\u00fa\u0161aj\u00fa v peci s rozmermi 3m x 3m x 2,5m (\u0161 x d x v). Teplota v peci narast\u00e1 pod\u013ea normovej krivky teplota-\u010das definovanej v norme STN(\u010cSN) EN 1363-3. V 30 min\u00fate je teplota v peci cca 842\u00b0C a 90 min\u00fate a\u017e 1006 \u00b0C. Na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdsledku sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa cel\u00e1 zostava k\u00e1blov a nosn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu hodnot\u00ed krit\u00e9riom PSx pod\u013ea STN 92 0205 alebo Px-R pod\u013ea \u010cSN 73 0895, kde x predstavuje \u010das v min\u00fatach po\u010das, ktor\u00e9ho boli k\u00e1ble ulo\u017een\u00e9 na nosnom syst\u00e9me schopn\u00e9 pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 elektrick\u00fa energiu alebo sign\u00e1l po\u010das p\u00f4sobenia po\u017eiaru. V pr\u00edpade normov\u00fdch ulo\u017een\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e1 zamenite\u013enos\u0165 k\u00e1blov a nosn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov od r\u00f4znych v\u00fdrobcov za predpokladu, \u017ee sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa po\u017eadovan\u00e9 krit\u00e9rium funk\u010dnej odolnosti.
