APVV-18-0028, APVV-19-0049<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pripravili sme si pre v\u00e1s s\u00e9riu \u010dl\u00e1nkov o koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1bloch. V predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich \u010dl\u00e1nkoch si m\u00f4\u017eete pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vyrobcikabelu.cz\/sk\/definicia-zakladnych-parametrov-koaxialneho-kabla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">defin\u00edcii z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch parametrov koaxi\u00e1lneho k\u00e1bla<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vyrobcikabelu.cz\/sk\/definicia-konstrukci-koaxialnych-kablov-2-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">defin\u00edcii kon\u0161trukc\u00ed koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><b>Vn\u00fatorn\u00fd vodi\u010d<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najbe\u017enej\u0161ie prevedenie vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho jadra je pln\u00fd Cu dr\u00f4t. Pre koaxi\u00e1lne k\u00e1ble vy\u017eaduj\u00face ur\u010dit\u00fd stupe\u0148 flexibility, napr\u00edklad pri bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch kamer\u00e1ch s\u00a0funkciou nat\u00e1\u010dania alebo v\u00a0pr\u00edpade pohybliv\u00fdch kamerov\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed, je vn\u00fatorn\u00fd vodi\u010d tvoren\u00fd Cu lankom. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade lankov\u00e9ho prevedenia z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu elimin\u00e1cie oxid\u00e1cie povrchu jednotliv\u00fdch dr\u00f4tikov m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 lanko tvoren\u00e9 z poc\u00ednovan\u00fdch\u00a0CuSn dr\u00f4tikov. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov z\u00a0izol\u00e1ciou na b\u00e1ze flu\u00f3retyl\u00e9npropyl\u00e9nu (FEP), vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 jadro b\u00fdva postriebren\u00e9 z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu elimin\u00e1cie ne\u017eiad\u00facej reakcie flu\u00f3ru na Cu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00a0d\u00f4sledku skinefektu je pri vysok\u00fdch frekvenci\u00e1ch pr\u00fad vytl\u00e1\u010dan\u00fd smerom k\u00a0povrchu vodi\u010da. Tento efekt sa vyu\u017e\u00edva hlavne pri kon\u0161trukci\u00e1ch s\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edmi priemermi, kedy pln\u00fd vodi\u010d m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 nahraden\u00fd r\u00farkou, pr\u00edpadne m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00e9 pomeden\u00e9 hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 jadro. Pri men\u0161\u00edch priemeroch m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 tento efekt vyu\u017eit\u00fd pou\u017eit\u00edm pomeden\u00e9ho oce\u013eov\u00e9ho jadra. Tak\u00e1to kon\u0161trukcia m\u00e1 v\u00fdhodu vy\u0161\u0161ej pevnosti s\u00a0mo\u017enos\u0165ou vyu\u017eitia k\u00e1bla za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podmienok ako samonosnej verzie pri pokl\u00e1dke. Nev\u00fdhodou tejto verzie je zneu\u017e\u00edvanie tejto kon\u0161trukcie nerenomovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobcami, kedy nedostato\u010dn\u00e1 povrchov\u00e1 vrstva Cu vedie k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zhor\u0161eniu tlmenia k\u00e1bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samotn\u00fd priemer vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho vodi\u010da je spolu s\u00a0materi\u00e1lom izol\u00e1cie a\u00a0priemerom nad izol\u00e1ciou ur\u010duj\u00faci pre vlnov\u00fa impedanciu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Izol\u00e1cia \/ Dielektrikum<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izol\u00e1cia koaxi\u00e1lneho k\u00e1bla je priestor medzi vn\u00fatorn\u00fdm vodi\u010dom a\u00a0tienen\u00edm. Vlastnos\u0165 izol\u00e1cie je ur\u010den\u00e1 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou \u0161\u00edrenia sign\u00e1lu v\u00a0izol\u00e1cii. Spravidla plat\u00ed, \u010dim viac vzduchu obsahuje izol\u00e1cia, t\u00fdm je r\u00fdchlos\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenia sign\u00e1lu v\u00a0k\u00e1bli vy\u0161\u0161ia. V\u00a0kon\u0161trukcii koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa nasledovn\u00e9 typy izol\u00e1ci\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Pln\u00fd polyetyl\u00e9n (pomern\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenia 66%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdhodou tejto izol\u00e1cie je stabilita vlastnost\u00ed pri mechanickom a\u00a0tepelnom nam\u00e1han\u00ed, kedy je pretl\u00e1\u010danie a\u00a0deform\u00e1cia izol\u00e1cie vzh\u013eadom na jej pevnos\u0165 minim\u00e1lna. Izol\u00e1cia je odolnej\u0161ia proti vnikaniu vlhkosti. Nev\u00fdhodou je vy\u0161\u0161ie mern\u00e9 tlmenie k\u00e1blov oproti izol\u00e1ci\u00e1m s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm podielom vzduchu. Tento typ izol\u00e1cie je preferovan\u00fd pri \u0161peci\u00e1lnych typoch koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00a0ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch rozmerov\u00fdch radoch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Penov\u00fd polyetyl\u00e9n (pomern\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenia pri chemickom nape\u0148ovan\u00ed 79%, pri fyzik\u00e1lnom nape\u0148ovan\u00ed 84%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdhodou tohto typu izol\u00e1cie je ni\u017e\u0161ie mern\u00e9 tlmenie ako pri plnom PE pri rovnakej rozmerovej rade. Nev\u00fdhodou je vy\u0161\u0161ia n\u00e1chylnos\u0165 na deform\u00e1ciu vplyvom mechanick\u00e9ho a\u00a0tepeln\u00e9ho nam\u00e1hania. Tento efekt m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u010diasto\u010dne eliminovan\u00fd vrstvenou izol\u00e1ciou skin \u2013 foam \u2013 skin, kedy na vn\u00fatornej a\u00a0vonkaj\u0161ej strane penovej vrstvy je tenk\u00e1 vrstvi\u010dka pln\u00e9ho PE. Tento typ izol\u00e1cie je najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00ed typ izol\u00e1cie pri najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161om type koaxi\u00e1lneho k\u00e1bla RG6.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Kombinovan\u00e1 izol\u00e1cia pln\u00fd PE + vzduch (pomern\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenia &gt; 66%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vyu\u017e\u00edva sa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch rozmerov\u00fdch radoch koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov. Jej kon\u0161trukcia m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 r\u00f4zny tvar (r\u00farko-bal\u00f3nik, ter\u010d\u00edky).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00a0minulosti sa na trhu objavovali k\u00e1ble s\u00a0pozd\u013a\u017enym distan\u010dn\u00fdm ru\u017eicovit\u00fdm tvarom izol\u00e1cie, kedy v\u00a0axi\u00e1lnom smere bola pozd\u013a\u017e k\u00e1bla vzduchov\u00e1 medzera vytv\u00e1raj\u00faca r\u00farku. Tak\u00e1to kon\u0161trukcia mohla pri vniknut\u00ed vody na strane ant\u00e9ny sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 ste\u010denie vody po k\u00e1bli do prij\u00edma\u010da.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Izol\u00e1cia na b\u00e1ze flu\u00f3retyl\u00e9npropyl\u00e9nu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e1to izol\u00e1cia sa vyu\u017e\u00edva predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pri \u0161peci\u00e1lnych typoch koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov mal\u00fdch rozmerov. Napr typ RG 188 s\u00a0rozmerom nad izol\u00e1ciou 1,54 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre zabezpe\u010denie vy\u0161\u0161ej odolnosti proti \u0161\u00edreniu plame\u0148a m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00e1 <strong>izol\u00e1cia zo zosie\u0165ovan\u00e9ho PE (XPE)<\/strong>. Negat\u00edvom zosietenej izol\u00e1cie je zhor\u0161enie mern\u00e9ho tlmenia k\u00e1bla.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Tienenie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funkciou tienenia je zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00fd sign\u00e1l, \u0161\u00edriaci sa v\u00a0dielektriku nebol ru\u0161en\u00fd ne\u017eiad\u00facimi frekvenciami vonkaj\u0161ieho elektromagnetick\u00e9ho po\u013ea vy\u017earovan\u00fdmi v\u00a0okol\u00ed k\u00e1bla. \u0160\u00edrenie sign\u00e1lu je vymedzen\u00e9 vn\u00fatorn\u00fdm a\u00a0vonkaj\u0161\u00edm vodi\u010dom (tienen\u00edm) a\u00a0tienenie zabra\u0148uje jeho \u00fabytku do okolia. Najtradi\u010dnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom tienenia koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov je opletenie meden\u00fdmi dr\u00f4tikmi. Samotn\u00fdm opleten\u00edm sa nikdy nedosiahne 100% krytie. Po\u017eadovan\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna hodnota hustoty opletenia koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov je 90%. Pre zv\u00fd\u0161enie hustoty krytia opletenia m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00e9 dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 opletenie, kedy sa d\u00e1 dosiahnu\u0165 hustota opletenia aj 95%. Tak\u00e1to po\u017eiadavka hustoty opletenia plat\u00ed len v\u00a0pr\u00edpade, \u017ee nie je pou\u017eit\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia s\u00a0pokovenou f\u00f3liou. Pre dosiahnutie 100% krytia sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pokoven\u00e9 PET f\u00f3lie hlin\u00edkom alebo me\u010fou. Kovov\u00e1 vrstvi\u010dka u\u00a0tak\u00fdchto f\u00f3li\u00ed je tenk\u00e1 a\u00a0chr\u00e1ni k\u00e1bel predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00a0rozsahu vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch frekvenci\u00ed. V\u00a0oblasti ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch frekvenci\u00ed je \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie tienenie dr\u00f4tikmi (opleten\u00edm, pr\u00edpadne pozd\u013a\u017enym obkladan\u00edm). Preto sa pri najbe\u017enej\u0161om k\u00e1bli RG6 najviac na trhu udom\u00e1cnila kon\u0161trukcia s\u00a0kombinovan\u00fdm tienen\u00edm pokoven\u00e1 f\u00f3lia + opletenie. Pri tomto type tienenia sa na trhu tie\u017e objavuj\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm od nerenomovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobcov, kombin\u00e1cie tienenia hlin\u00edkovej f\u00f3lie s\u00a0hol\u00fdm Cu opleten\u00edm. Tak\u00e1to kon\u0161trukcia je \u010dasovo nest\u00e1la, preto\u017ee v\u00a0d\u00f4sledku elektrochemick\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu doch\u00e1dza \u010dasom k\u00a0degrad\u00e1cii hlin\u00edkovej vrstvy. Tomuto efektu sa d\u00e1 zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00edm poc\u00ednovan\u00fdch Cu dr\u00f4tikov.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie tienenia koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Opletenie Cu resp. CuSn dr\u00f4tikmi<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Al\/PET f\u00f3lia + oplet CuSn dr\u00f4tikmi<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Cu\/PET f\u00f3lia + oplet Cu dr\u00f4tikmi<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2x AlPET f\u00f3lia s\u00a0pozd\u013a\u017ene ulo\u017een\u00fdmi CuSn dr\u00f4tikmi<\/strong> (jedine\u010dn\u00e1 kon\u0161trukcia VUKI a.s Bratislava)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pozd\u013a\u017ene ulo\u017een\u00e1 Cu p\u00e1ska spravidla zvaren\u00e1 v\u00a0pozd\u013a\u017enom \u0161ve.<\/strong> (pou\u017e\u00edva sa pri ve\u013ek\u00fdch rozmeroch koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov). T\u00e1to kon\u0161trukcia je v\u00a0podstate neohybn\u00e1 pr\u00edpadne s\u00a0ve\u013ek\u00fdm polomerom ohybu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pozd\u013a\u017ene ulo\u017een\u00e1 zvlnen\u00e1 Cu p\u00e1ska zvaren\u00e1 v\u00a0pozd\u013a\u017enom \u0161ve.<\/strong> (pou\u017eiva sa pri ve\u013ek\u00fdch rozmeroch koaxi\u00e1knych k\u00e1blov). V\u010faka zvlneniu p\u00e1sky je dosiahnut\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165 ohybu pri men\u0161om polomere.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funkciou pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a je chr\u00e1ni\u0165 du\u0161u koaxi\u00e1lneho k\u00e1bla pred vplyvmi vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia, tak aby boli garantovan\u00e9 prenosov\u00e9 parametre k\u00e1bla. Je to predov\u0161etk\u00fdm ochrana pred vlhkos\u0165ou, chemick\u00fdmi a\u00a0mechanick\u00fdmi vplyvmi, ktor\u00e9 by svojim p\u00f4soben\u00edm na niektor\u00fd z\u00a0prvkov du\u0161e mohli sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 zmenu jeho vlastnost\u00ed a\u00a0t\u00fdm aj elektrick\u00fdch parametrov. Vo\u013eba pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a z\u00e1vis\u00ed predov\u0161etk\u00fdm od prostredia, v\u00a0ktorom bude k\u00e1bel pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd. K\u00e1ble m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 r\u00f4znej farby. Z\u00a0minulosti zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 konvencia zelen\u00fdch pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165ov pre 75 Ohm k\u00e1ble m\u00e1 dnes u\u017e len historick\u00e9 opodstatnenie. Spravidla pl\u00e1\u0161te \u010diernej farby obsahuj\u00fa farbivo na b\u00e1ze sadz\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm je do ur\u010ditej miery automaticky zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 UV stabiliz\u00e1cia. Ostatn\u00e9 farby spravidla neobsahuj\u00fa UV stabiliz\u00e1tory, ale pr\u00eddavkom t\u00fdchto stabiliz\u00e1torov do materi\u00e1lu pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a m\u00f4\u017eu aj in\u00e9 farby pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a z\u00edska\u0165 odolnos\u0165 proti UV \u017eiareniu. Toto rie\u0161enie v\u0161ak neb\u00fdva be\u017enou praxou, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 realizovan\u00e9 ako \u0161peci\u00e1lna po\u017eiadavka z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. V\u00fdrobcovia, ktor\u00ed tak\u00fato stabiliz\u00e1ciu automaticky zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa, spravidla toto aj deklaruj\u00fa v\u00a0r\u00e1mci parametrov k\u00e1bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Najbe\u017enej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a koaxi\u00e1lneho k\u00e1bla:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PVC<\/strong> je najbe\u017enej\u0161\u00edm materi\u00e1lom pre pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 koaxi\u00e1lneho k\u00e1bla. Do istej miery zabezpe\u010duje odolnos\u0165 proti \u0161\u00edreniu plame\u0148a. Odolnos\u0165 proti vlhkosti je priemern\u00e1, mechanick\u00e1 odolnos\u0165 pr\u00edpadne odolnos\u0165 proti hlodavcom je pomerne n\u00edzka. Vhodn\u00fd je predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pre interi\u00e9rov\u00e9 a\u00a0pri UV stabiliz\u00e1cii aj pre exteri\u00e9rov\u00e9 ulo\u017eenia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PE<\/strong> zabezpe\u010duje pomerne vysok\u00fa odolnos\u0165 proti vlhkosti, je dobre odoln\u00fd proti mechanick\u00e9mu po\u0161kodeniu a\u00a0je odolnej\u0161\u00ed proti hlodavcom. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu je pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pre ulo\u017eenie do zeme pre prim\u00e1rne siete telev\u00edznych k\u00e1blov\u00fdch rozvodov. Jeho nev\u00fdhodou je vysok\u00e1 hor\u013eavos\u0165 a\u00a0slab\u00e1 odolnos\u0165 proti \u0161\u00edreniu plame\u0148a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>HFFR<\/strong> (bezhalog\u00e9nov\u00e9) materi\u00e1ly sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v\u00a0prostrediach vy\u017eaduj\u00facich zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fa hor\u013eavos\u0165 a\u00a0bezhalog\u00e9novos\u0165. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm s\u00fa to k\u00e1blov\u00e9 rozvody v\u00a0r\u00e1mci interi\u00e9rov budov s\u00a0legislat\u00edvnou po\u017eiadavkou na bezhalog\u00e9novos\u0165, nehor\u013eavos\u0165 a zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fa dymivos\u0165. Nev\u00fdhodou je men\u0161ia odolnos\u0165 proti vlhkosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existuj\u00fa aj \u0161peci\u00e1lne kon\u0161trukcie koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov, kedy je z\u00e1kladn\u00fd koaxi\u00e1l kombinovan\u00fd s\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edm kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm prvkom. Napr\u00edklad pre zabezpe\u010denie samonosnej verzie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 k\u00e1bel doplnen\u00fd o\u00a0nosn\u00e9 oce\u013eov\u00e9 lano ktor\u00e9 je v\u00a0r\u00e1mci osmi\u010dkovej kon\u0161trukcie pripojen\u00e9 ku koaxi\u00e1lu.
