Vyv\u00edjalo sa historicky z r\u00f4znych prostred\u00ed, kde boli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na ich identifik\u00e1ciu. K\u00e1ble pre ant\u00e9nne pripojenie TV prij\u00edma\u010dov (pod\u013ea \u010cSN ant\u00e9nne zvody) sa v zahrani\u010d\u00ed naj\u010dastej\u0161ie ozna\u010duj\u00fa RG + \u010d\u00edslo, ktor\u00e9 s\u00favis\u00ed s rozmerov\u00fdm radom k\u00e1blov pod\u013ea priemeru nad izol\u00e1ciou (DOD). D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je to kv\u00f4li kompatibilite s koaxi\u00e1lnymi konektormi.<br \/>\n V IEC TC 46A \u201eVlnovody a vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00e9 k\u00e1ble\u201c a TC 46D \u201eKoaxi\u00e1lne konektory\u201c sa uv\u00e1dza i pod vonkaj\u0161\u00edm jadrom (laicky tienen\u00edm). Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd rad je pod\u013ea t\u00fdchto odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed Medzin\u00e1rodnej elektrotechnickej komisie: 1,5 \u2013 2,95 \u2013 3,7 \u2013 4,8 \u2013 6,4 \u2013 7,25 \u2013 11,5 mm. Okrem nich s\u00fa samozrejme v\u00fdnimky. Patr\u00ed medzi ne napr\u00edklad 5,6 mm (VCCOD 75-5,6), v b\u00fdvalom \u010ceskoslovensku spopularizovan\u00fd ant\u00e9nny k\u00e1bel v publik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch Ing. Milana \u010cesk\u00e9ho, CSc. a od toho odvoden\u00fdch n\u00e1vodov na pripojenie ant\u00e9nneho zosil\u0148ova\u010da, odbo\u010dova\u010da, zlu\u010dova\u010da TV sign\u00e1lu a pod.<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob ozna\u010dovan\u00ed vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00fdch koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov poch\u00e1dza z vojensk\u00e9ho prostredia, preto asi jeho hlavnou \u010das\u0165ou je MIL, napr\u00edklad MIL 17. Nu\u017e a potom je mno\u017estvo tzv. Art. no. Typov\u00fdch zna\u010diek k\u00e1blov firiem, ktor\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa, alebo vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa k\u00e1ble. V minulosti sme sa museli orientova\u0165 vo firemnom ozna\u010den\u00ed Kathrein, Fuba, Hirschmann at\u010f. Teraz preva\u017euj\u00fa CommScoppe, Belden a pod. V princ\u00edpe s\u00fa to ale vari\u00e1cie na ten ist\u00fd, alebo roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fd rozmerov\u00fd rad pod\u013ea priemerov nad izol\u00e1ciou.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako to je s RG radom koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov<\/h2>\n<p>Na za\u010diatku 60. rokov to bolo pomerne jednoduch\u00e9. Sta\u010dilo zatriedi\u0165 pod\u013ea rozmerov. K\u00e1ble mali polyetyl\u00e9nov\u00fa, v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9 polystyr\u00e9nov\u00fa izol\u00e1ciu, vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 jadro meden\u00fd dr\u00f4t a vonkaj\u0161ie jadro (tienenie) v tvare opletenia z meden\u00fdch dr\u00f4tikov. Pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a m\u00e4k\u010den\u00fd PVC. Ako ale dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165 zna\u010dky o doplnky, ktor\u00e9 charakterizovali variovanie materi\u00e1lov a kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed? V tom u\u017e bolo mo\u017eno pozorova\u0165 pomerne \u0161irok\u00fa nejednotnos\u0165 a najlep\u0161ie bolo doplni\u0165 textov\u00fdm popisom a hlavn\u00fdmi parametrami, \u010do je ale v priamom rozpore s cie\u013eom urobi\u0165 stru\u010dn\u00e9 ozna\u010denie pozost\u00e1vaj\u00face z alfabetickej \u010dasti a \u010d\u00edseln\u00e9ho spresnenia.<\/p>\n<p>Najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161ie TKR koaxi\u00e1lne k\u00e1ble:<\/p>\n<p><strong>RG-59 s DOD<\/strong> &#8211; 3,7 mm<br \/>\n <strong>RG-6<\/strong> &#8211; 4,8 mm u izol\u00e1cie z penov\u00e9ho polyetyl\u00e9nu i 4,6 mm<br \/>\n <strong>RG-11<\/strong> &#8211; 7,20 mm, izol\u00e1cie z penov\u00e9ho polyetyl\u00e9nu<br \/>\n <strong>RG-58<\/strong> &#8211; 2,95 mm, zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a iba pevn\u00fd polyetyl\u00e9n<br \/>\n <strong>RG-213<\/strong> &#8211; 7,25 mm, izol\u00e1cia pevn\u00fd polyetyl\u00e9n<br \/>\n <strong>RG-8<\/strong> &#8211; 7,25 mm, izol\u00e1cia penov\u00fd polyetyl\u00e9n<br \/>\n Vari\u00e1cie na z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 kon\u0161truk\u010dno materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 rie\u0161enie potom vyzeraj\u00fa asi takto:<\/p>\n<p>Za RG a \u010d\u00edseln\u00fa \u010das\u0165 zna\u010dky sa pri n\u00e1hrade klasick\u00e9ho opletenia uv\u00e1dza Cu\/CuSn, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 jadro je meden\u00fd dr\u00f4t a vonkaj\u0161ie opletenie poc\u00ednovan\u00fdmi meden\u00fdmi dr\u00f4tikmi na AlPET f\u00f3lii pozd\u013e\u017ene obop\u00ednaj\u00facou izol\u00e1ciu ako cigaretov\u00fd papier. Ke\u010f je namiesto PVC pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a \u010dierny PE prid\u00e1 sa PE, ak Halogen free flame retardant PE, prid\u00e1 sa HFFR. Tieto doplnky si u\u017e jednotliv\u00e9 firmy vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa \u013eubovo\u013ene a je vhodn\u00e9 ma\u0165 k dispoz\u00edcii katal\u00f3gov\u00fd list (data sheet) tak\u00e9hoto k\u00e1bla. Tak\u017ee cel\u00e9 ozna\u010denie: RG-6 Cu\/CuSn HFFR.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00fd pr\u00edklad RG-6\/U-4 CCS\/Al TRISHIELD m\u00e1 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 jadro z oce\u013eov\u00e9ho dr\u00f4tu s nalisovanou medenou vrstvou na povrchu, ktorej hr\u00fabka s\u00favis\u00ed so skin efektom, \u010falej fyzik\u00e1lne napenen\u00fa polyetyl\u00e9nov\u00fa izol\u00e1ciu na priemer 4,6 mm, AlPES f\u00f3lia pozd\u013a\u017ene ovinut\u00e1, opletenie Al dr\u00f4tikmi a znova AlPES f\u00f3liou pozd\u013a\u017ene ovinut\u00e9 pod pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165om z m\u00e4k\u010den\u00e9ho PVC. Pomerne komplikovan\u00fd k\u00e1bel firmy ERSE Kablo.<\/p>\n<p>Ako m\u00e1te mo\u017enos\u0165 vidie\u0165 m\u00e1 zna\u010denie RG svoje limity ale je na ozna\u010dovanie typov koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<h2>Ozna\u010dovanie k\u00e1blov pod\u013ea \u010cSN 347730<\/h2>\n<p>V rokoch, kedy sa vyr\u00e1bali koaxi\u00e1lne k\u00e1ble v \u010ceskoslovensku iba v Kablo Bratislava, \u017eiadne sa viacej menej nedov\u00e1\u017eali a vo V\u00fdskumnom \u00fastave k\u00e1blov a izolantov bolo odborov\u00e9 stredisko technickej normaliz\u00e1cie k\u00e1blov cel\u00e9ho k\u00e1blov\u00e9ho priemyslu v \u010ceskoslovensku, do\u0161la skupina pracovn\u00edkov (Ing. J. \u0147a\u0148ko a V. Puha) k z\u00e1veru, \u017ee mus\u00ed existova\u0165 nejak\u00fd syst\u00e9m ozna\u010denia koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov, ktor\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed z jej abecednej a \u010d\u00edselnej \u010dasti rozozna\u0165 kon\u0161trukciu a materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 zlo\u017eenie k\u00e1blov. Vzniklo tak zna\u010denie, ktor\u00e9 si z\u00edskalo ob\u013eubu pre svoju jednoduchos\u0165 a jednozna\u010dnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00e9 p\u00edsmeno abecednej \u010dasti zna\u010dky V charakterizuj\u00fa k\u00e1bel ako vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00fd. Druh\u00e9 C meden\u00e9 jadro pln\u00e9, L lankov\u00e9. A je postriebren\u00fd dr\u00f4t, B lanko z Cu postriebren\u00fdch dr\u00f4tov. Tretie p\u00edsmeno charakterizuje izol\u00e1ciu (dielektrikum) pevn\u00fd polyetyl\u00e9n E, penov\u00fd C, pln\u00fd FEP bol ozna\u010den\u00fd F. Nasleduje \u0161tvrt\u00e1 p\u00edsmenov\u00e1 zna\u010dka pre vonkaj\u0161ie jadro (tienenie) O je klasick\u00e9 opletenie meden\u00fdmi dr\u00f4tikmi. Jeho hustota by mala by\u0165 vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee sa jedn\u00e1 o vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00e9 k\u00e1ble pod\u013ea IEC a vtedaj\u0161ej \u010cSN minim\u00e1lne 91 %. U je pozd\u013a\u017ene oblo\u017eenie Cu f\u00f3liou a na nej fixa\u010dn\u00e9 opletenie ca 60 % hustoty z meden\u00fdch dr\u00f4tikov. J je oblo\u017eenie AlPET f\u00f3liou a opletenie poc\u00ednovan\u00fdmi meden\u00fdmi dr\u00f4tikmi s ca 50 % kryt\u00edm. Vo variante s AlPET f\u00f3liou a opleten\u00edm poc\u00ednovan\u00fdmi meden\u00fdmi dr\u00f4tikmi je zna\u010dka L. Nasleduje K s dvomi ALPETAL a ALPET f\u00f3liami a medzi nimi zvlnen\u00fdmi poc\u00ednovan\u00fdmi meden\u00fdmi dr\u00f4tikmi nutn\u00fdmi ku konektorovaniu. Z boli vonkaj\u0161ie jadr\u00e1 z pozd\u013a\u017ene zvarenej zvlnenej Cu p\u00e1sky, ktor\u00e9 sa vyr\u00e1bali v Kablo Bratislava. K\u00e1ble VCCZE 75-6,4 a VCCZE 75-11,5 patrili medzi najkvalitnej\u0161ie k\u00e1ble TKR e\u0161te v 80. rokoch. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa tieto kon\u0161trukcie k\u00e1blov v 50 ohmovej verzii pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na v\u0161etk\u00fdch GSM ve\u017eiach pre telefonick\u00e9 mobiln\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu. K\u00e1ble s klasick\u00fdm dvojit\u00fdm opleten\u00edm dr\u00f4tikmi bez f\u00f3li\u00ed, maj\u00fa vo verzii s Cu dr\u00f4tikmi 4. p\u00edsmeno D a z postriebren\u00fdch meden\u00fdch dr\u00f4tikov B.<\/p>\n<p>Posledn\u00e9 5. p\u00edsmeno sa vz\u0165ahuje k materi\u00e1lu pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a. Y zna\u010d\u00ed m\u00e4k\u010den\u00e9 PVC. B\u00fdva biely, siv\u00fd, zelen\u00fd v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dierny. M je mrazuvzdorn\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 z PVC, zn\u00e1my i z po\u013en\u00fdch k\u00e1blov (PK 1 a 2) pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v arm\u00e1de. Odolnos\u0165 proti praskaniu a\u017e do &#8211; 40 \u00b0C. E je polyetyl\u00e9n zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a \u010dierny, preto\u017ee je stabilizovan\u00fd proti UV \u017eiareniu, napr\u00edklad na samonosn\u00fdch z\u00e1vesn\u00fdch k\u00e1bloch na st\u013apy. To\u013eko abecedn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 zna\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Nasleduje \u010d\u00edseln\u00e9 ozna\u010denie, sklad\u00e1 sa z prvej \u010dasti ve\u013ekosti vlnovej impedancie, \u010di\u017ee 75 pre TKR a po poml\u010dke je priemer nad izol\u00e1ciou v mm.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00edklady ozna\u010denia koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov:<\/p>\n<p>VCEOY 75-4,8; VBEBM 75-7,25; VCCKY 75-4,8 a pod., tak\u017ee napr\u00edklad posledn\u00fd k\u00e1bel m\u00e1 meden\u00e9 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 jadro (Cu dr\u00f4tik), penov\u00fa polyetyl\u00e9nov\u00fa izol\u00e1ciu (terminologicky spr\u00e1vne dielektrikum), vonkaj\u0161ie jadro tvoren\u00e9 dvomi Al pokovovan\u00fdmi polyetyl\u00e9ntereftal\u00e1tov\u00fdmi f\u00f3liami, medzi ktor\u00fdmi s\u00fa zvlnen\u00e9 CuSn konektorovacie dr\u00f4tiky, pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 je z m\u00e4k\u010den\u00e9ho PVC.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-563 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vyrobcikabelu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/kabel-1.png\" width=\"1036\" height=\"79\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vyrobcikabelu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/kabel-1.png 1036w, https:\/\/www.vyrobcikabelu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/kabel-1-300x23.png 300w, https:\/\/www.vyrobcikabelu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/kabel-1-768x59.png 768w, https:\/\/www.vyrobcikabelu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/kabel-1-1024x78.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1036px) 100vw, 1036px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Nov\u0161ie doplnky zna\u010denia k\u00e1blov<\/h2>\n<p>U k\u00e1blov pre in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu v uzatvoren\u00fdch priestoroch s vy\u0161\u0161ou hustotou \u013eud\u00ed, alebo majetku, ako s\u00fa banky, hypermarkety, stanice metra, letisk\u00e1, hotely, opatrovate\u013esk\u00e9 domy sa postupne roz\u0161iruj\u00fa po\u017eiadavky na ich odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di obhorievaniu, \u0161\u00edreniu plame\u0148a at\u010f. Ako sa to prejavuje na ich ozna\u010den\u00ed? Zv\u00fd\u0161ili sa t\u00fdm po\u017eiadavky na tepeln\u00fa odolnos\u0165 izol\u00e1cie k\u00e1bla. Naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm rie\u0161en\u00edm je zosietenie PE sil\u00e1nom. Tretia p\u00edsmenov\u00e1 zna\u010dka bude teda X, \u010do v dobe spracovania \u010cSN e\u0161te nebolo. \u010ealej sa to t\u00fdka predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a. V z\u00e1kladnej zna\u010dke napr. VLEDE-R 75-7,25 predstavuje R odolnos\u0165 k\u00e1bla proti \u0161\u00edreniu plame\u0148a (plame\u0148 retarduj\u00faci pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165). Dosahuje sa toho plnen\u00edm PE vhodn\u00fdmi hydroxidmi a sk\u00fa\u0161ka, ktorej mus\u00ed k\u00e1bel odola\u0165 je IEC 60 332 1 a\u017e 3. Podobne k\u00e1bel VLEDE-V 75-7,25 mus\u00ed osta\u0165 funk\u010dn\u00fd po\u010das definovan\u00fdch podmienok horenia minim\u00e1lne 180 min\u00fat a sk\u00fa\u0161ka je pod\u013ea IEC 60 331. To pre pr\u00edpad, \u017ee by ste sa stretli s tak\u00fdmito ozna\u010deniami. Zatia\u013e sa e\u0161te ne\u017eiada kategoriz\u00e1cia TKR k\u00e1blov pod\u013ea korozivity splod\u00edn horenia spolu s hodnoten\u00edm reakcie na ohe\u0148 a odstreknut\u00fdch kvapiek taviaceho sa materi\u00e1lu pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a, ani \u010dlenenie na E 30, 60 a E 90 pre hodnotenie funk\u010dnosti v skuto\u010dnom po\u017eiari a\u017e do 1 006 \u00b0C. Toto v\u0161etko sa hodnot\u00ed pre in\u0161tala\u010dn\u00e9 k\u00e1ble na rozvod elektrickej energie, ako i sign\u00e1lnych, kontroln\u00fdch k\u00e1blov. Pritom je zvl\u00e1\u0161tne, \u017ee niektor\u00e9 koaxi\u00e1lne k\u00e1ble pre jadrov\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rne do prim\u00e1rnej z\u00f3ny u\u017e musia odol\u00e1va\u0165 najpr\u00edsnej\u0161\u00edm tzv. LOCA testom.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Pravdepodobne najlep\u0161ie zna\u010denie koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov je b\u00fdval\u00e9 \u201e\u010deskoslovensk\u00e9\u201c. V\u0161eobecne je ozna\u010dovanie k\u00e1blov, po zru\u0161en\u00ed povinnej certifik\u00e1cie kedy sa nov\u00e9 ozna\u010denia aspo\u0148 evidovali, na \u013eubov\u00f4li v\u00fdrobcov a dod\u00e1vate\u013eov koaxi\u00e1lnych k\u00e1blov s prvkami marketingovej manipul\u00e1cie.
